In this together now

This is an older sketch that I still liked, so I threw some color on it. I'm trying to get myself out of the mindset that things need to be clean and shaded and refined to be considered finished. I need to throw color on stuff more often instead of just letting sketches stay unfinished forever.

Some more Tory and Toby. After reading over some old stuff I wrote of them I was reminded of the never ending cycle of how much I wind up hating everything that's a few months old (though this stuff was over a year old, a lot of them two years). I characterized both of them really awfully, Tory in particular sounded really whiny and naggy and invasive even though he's nothing like that now. I never really wind up noticing how much they keep changing other than the obvious drastic change from when they were first made, but then it makes me wonder if I'll feel the same way about what I'm doing now in a few months or a year down the road. Their designs are set in stone now so I don't feel that way about that part, but their past characterizations make me cringe to varying degrees.

BUT ANYWAY have some gays hugging in midair.
